SHIPPING COSTS

  1. Domestic Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
  2. International Orders: Shipping cost is based on location and is calculated at the time of checkout. Payment for shipping costs will also be collected at the checkout while making a purchase.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ask for your preference and would be glad to support you with whatever decision you take with respect to your order.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • It usually takes 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, but it may vary at different locations.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days of the orders placed.
  • Eraya reserves the right to cancel any order or avoid delivering to the customer in uncertain circumstances.
  • We cannot dispatch cod orders at non-serviceable pincodes areas so we ask customers to pre-pay for that orders so that we can dispatch them by any other couriers.
